·        Notes: shrubby evergreen groundcover; glossy rhomboid gray- to dark-green leaves have scalloped margins and creamy-white edges; spreads slowly into colonies via rhizomes; clumps may be divided in spring, but 'Silver edge' is slower to establish and spread than other varieties in the species; deer resistant; tolerant of urban pollution
